Fortnite has cool events (one coming up in 10-11 hours, today, player made maps, and basically player one, meme-able shield moderate to high skill, amazing- decent guns, slightly better community than apex from my pov (personal fav)

I used to only play Warzone 1.. Everyday! After WZ2 i played 1 match and that was my last ever. Apex since S14 👌

Same I played a little in season 8 but started playing every day since season 15 its definitely better then the new warzone it sucks but same time gave me something better to play so I'm not mad
You guys are lucky and to start playing in later seasons I played since day 1 the pros of coming later is most Bugs are fixed, more legends, more cosmetics and just an overall smoother game but from s1 to s10 it was a shit show bad servers hackers ranked was broken and overpriced cosmetics and community that was and still is kinda toxic

I think Apex is the better BR, but they need to do something about the matchmaking and figure out a way to slow the game down. I’ve had too many games where half the lobby is dead in the first ring or you can’t find anyone if you don’t hot drop and then get third partied.
Mechanics in apex and heros and abilities and stuff is absolutely perfect. But the matchmaking is horrendous. I can’t even play the game whilst having fun anymore
Apex has better core game mechanics by far, but apex devs add much less content and small quality of life updates (like proximity chat)
Proximity chat, to be fair, is NOT quality of life in any way
It doesn’t add any gameplay value and, if anything, slightly ruins the experience even more so depending on the hot mics or people you get in proximity
That’s simply a feature that more toxic people begged for just to shit talk
It’s a cool feature but it’s far from an actual quality of life feature

I use to be an OG COD player and once things got weird and futuristic and putting out games with no campaign I lost interest. I moved over to Apex and have been playing since season 2. It’s much more challenging. I haven’t gone back yet but I may try out the new COD.
I beleive that one of the biggest reason I dislike Warzone 2 so much is because i've played Apex now.
Warzone 2 is also arguably worse than the first one but my experience in Apex now is definitely part of it. Just a better game.

I can 1v3 in WZ. I cannot do so in Apex. However I actually feel frustrated more by Team Mates in WZ over Apex.
That because Apex does tend to balance things out a bit with significantly more balanced ttk. If you're in a 1v3, realistically you should lose, but if you are cracked, or play significantly better, it is still definitely possible to win fights like that

WZ is just objectively worse. From ground loot to ttk to pay to win weapon releases, then nerfs. It's just a cash grab and bad game riding on the call of duty name. After 2.0 I fully dropped WZ. It's not good.
I mean at least I don't have to either pay £10 or grind for 2 weeks to get the new "meta" champion in apex for it to get nerfed after a week
Loadoutdrops make warzone far too predictable
Like its basically just large scale free for all by the end.
It doesnt really FEEL like a battle royale should. It just feels like i loaded up a long free for all match, since looting doesnt matter, all that matters is getting money for a loadout drop, or finding one.

Apex is just flat out an overall better game in every area except new player experience. CoD is muuuuuuch easier to learn with its tiny TTK. Movement, a much higher skill ceiling, multiple maps, different feeling characters, Apex is just a better game overall.
Apex is the best battle royale hands down, always has been. That being said, I'd still rather play the real best game, Titanfall 2
I think apex is better cause it's free for one so everyone can have it, it is very complex allowing for some insane character specific plays like horizons ult and fuses tacticals

IMO both are kinda bad right now. The battle Royale genre is so stale and I feel that other games are just much more enjoyable. Apex really needs devs to actually add content. They try to add stuff but it just isn’t enough enjoyable or meaningful content. Warzone 2 is just bad right now due to horrible balancing warzone 1 was much better with things like rebirth island.

Apex's high ttk is actually kinda bad , if u are being focused by two ppl u might down the first person . But won't have health to shootback at the second guy. Healing takes too long. Third parties are too annoying more than any game out there cos of faster movement. Bullet sounds heard for miles but can't hear ppl running up behind u. If apex worked as intended it wud be so gud. Worst fucking servers period. Worst anti-cheat too this season

Apex is free,has 20 legends which means a lot ot options to play the game along with updates to each legend constantly and the movement is just amazing
Adding the premium battle pass that has to be brought every months is what got me to stop playing WZ tried it again last week for the boys crossover n it was a absolutely shitty experience…. We went from people whinging about slide cancelling n b-hopping to now having fucking superpowers n god knows what else…. If that’s what you like then just get better at apex cus it’s a damn sight better

I would say Warzone may be better but I have never played it, but Apex at its core is a very good battle royal game. The only downside to Apex is it’s developers, and EA doesn’t really help either. If anything EA makes Apex Legends much worse with how they try to direct the game. Most of the players are right most of the time and when we just wanted a fix to Match making we get probably the most atrocious match making system in any BR game currently from Respawn and EA.

proximity chat is the only redeeming thing. apex was made around the idea of being a battle royale, warzone is just putting multiplayer on a bigger map with shields and calling it a br.
i think apex is better since there are ranks and there's a higher skill cap, also tons of different legends keep the game fresh. Not to mention there's firing range which you can have tons of fun with friends

I'm an Ex CoD Player and after playing it for 1.5 years, in august 2022 I tried Apex Legends for the first time. Needless to say I absolutely loved it and I still love it to this day. There's only one atrocious issue on Apex. Check my recent community post to understand
Warzone 1 was 100 times better than 2 and I stopped playing it the moment I tried Apex so yeah, Apex is superior in everything.
And apex actually has outplay mechanics unlike warzone

Apex is from titanfall, so apex is the winner depending on movement since respawn absolutely loves movement
me personally apex better bc its fast and easy to learn and master characters abilities and really smooth while warzone you have to depend on both weapon skill, weapon attachments, loadouts and movement and apex has better environment and you don't have to worry about getting stuck on a little rock, apex you can jump and climb walls while warzone you struggle getting over every thing in the game and the main things is campers that don't have the balls to move places and loadout campers
I played warzone one, loved the game it was a great game one of the beat if i dare to say. But then warzone 2 came around and it was a complete dissapointment so i got into apex more, started playing it alot again and its now my main game again after like 7 seasons
