Close when VIX1D is below 16. Roll when VIX1D is above 16. Thanks, Sosnoff.

Strangles are capital exhausting. Considering short strangles.
Are there more capital efficient alternatives to short strangles? Other than Iron Condors.

ES stranges is 4-5 times more capital efficient than SPX stranges in RegT margin accounts.

I like iron flies open early and close at 5 to 10% profit. Stop trading prior to 11 am and hit the gym.

Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich

Not that good. I tried testing it, $110,000 BPR
IF avg daily pnl is $31 per day, in 256 trading days, that’s $8000. That’s around a 7% gain over a year. Might as well just selling puts instead
