Memorizability of Quran is a miracle, because it can be memorized by a person who does know Arabic language at all! Is there any other book in human history that can be memorized by a person who does not understand that particular language of that particular book???????

Yes, memorizability of Quran by a person who does not know/understand Arabic is indeed a miracle. In Quran, there is a mysterious rhythm of words, and this words-rhythm makes it memorizable even by a person who doesn't understand Arabic language!

Quran is Recital------Quran consists of 114 recitals in Arabic language
There are long recitals and short recitals. 114 Recitals--- long and short recitals. 114 Chapters of Quran--- Chapters may not be appropriate------Quran is not "bookish" like Bible. Books are for reading-----chapters arranged by a particular topic/subject matter. Quran is collection of RECITALS in Arabic language. These are not bookish chapters, arranged by subject matter. The timing of these recitals is known---and the particulr recital may comment on the events at that time---- but Quran will keep on referring to the underlying message ( unity of God, worship of God, and believing in prophets, believing in judgment day etc). So Quran is not arranged by subject matter like a reading book. Structure of Quran is verbal --- this verbal structure is rectiable ---- and this recitability gets to be quite memorisable---memorizable even by a person who does not know Arabic language at all---- this memorizability of Quran by a person who does not know Arabic language is verbal miracle. So words are arranged with subtle rhythm, which makes Quran quite memorizable even by non-Arab!)
