The harvesters are relatively weak to fire as well. Flame thrower to the joints from up close takes em out in about a tank to a tank and a half depending on how accurate.

Flamers kill harvesters, and there's armour that makes arc damage tickle. You could feasibly take down harvesters as easy as overseer
