Since decorating the pages is my fun in making jurnals, I tend to want to do the pages as much as I can but do leave spaces and tags and card for those who write more than I do, Love you idea to incorporate Happy Mail into your personal journals. Thanks for sharing Liz.
Oh I do it this way too for some of my books! Totally makes sense to me! Just get it all set up and then go back and journal about it. Thanks for sharing Liz it's so beautiful as always! ❤️
Presently I am using a composition book to journal in. My plan is to use a junk journal next. I love the idea of different pages that are different sizes with tuck spots and pull outs.
Hi Liz this is my style all round, i don,t like to limit myself to one type of journal, i bought a lovely book where i love the cover, and i decorate it as i like no particular style just me, some days i just cut pictures out some days i write etc, i think the main thing is just to enjoy it and sometimes for you it must be hard you may think this is perhaps boring because its basic, well for me thats nice, and when things are highly decorated or use fancy machines etc that alot of people cannot afford or have i feel left out, i just like video,s where it feels like your in my home and we are crafting together, alot of ladies work and homelife just need to relax and share, so thankyou for sharing love Jacqueline

Hi, I'm quite new to journalling using a book I've put together myself. I like a mixture of pages. I also like to use irregular paper pieces, images that have been torn instead of cut edges. Sometimes I like to go with a theme for a page, maybe a colour.I think journalling in these types of arty books somehow differ from my my writing journals which don't call for illustration. Thank you for your inspiration.
Liz my journals are all plain paper and I think your journals are far more interesting, I also like your idea of journals with one signature as well. I also drift from one journal to the next and then attempt quilting, knitting etc. I love your journals and thank you!

I do a mix of pages in my journals and also several signatures in each. I am going to try doing a journal with just one signature as I like the idea of it laying flat.
I totally understand, sometimes I just express myself with the paper. At times I only write one or two words - there can be a hidden meaning in just a few words!!
Love all the beautiful papers you use. I find that my plain paper journals end up with paint or ink, or small collages to break the page any way! Maybe a mix of both!💙💙
