- If you are out in the market for a modular kitchen but have your concerns regarding quality, price, time etc then look no elsewhere than Godrej Interio. Godrej Kitchen might cost 25% more than regular custom made kitchen by Carpenter but Godrej has many advantages over Custom made kitchen. According to me, here are few factors which make me feel that Godrej Interio kitchen is better than Custom made by Carpenter:
1. Time Saver: If you do a job or run a business, it is ideal to get a Godrej kitchen. If you opt for a Custom kitchen by Carpenter, you might not have time to bring wooden boards, mica, accessories, screws, nails, fevicol and countless other things. At Godrej, you just need to select a design, tell them the layout and YOU ARE DONE! Yay! Kitchen will arrive after 30 days and it will take 4 days to fit your kitchen. Godrej staff will not disturb you for anything.
2. Warranty: Warranty of 10 years on materials, accessories and steel gives you peace on mind. This is not the case with regular kitchen done by carpenter.
3. Support: Godrej is a reputed brand & have Call Centers, Twitter Support & Toll Free number support if you face any issues during warranty or out of warranty period. Your problem will be solved within 2 days after the complaint by your local Godrej dealer.
4. Termite Resistant: Since Godrej kitchen is made of steel for backpanels, it is totally termite proof. Front wooden panels are termite resistant too.
5. Quality: One thing where Godrej Interio kitchen scores the most is quality. It’s quality of steel, panels, fit & finish, paint quality, accessories quality and workmanship after installing the kitchen is unmatchable. Most of the accessories like closures, hinges, stoppers and stand etc are of Haffle & Hettich. There is no cost cutting visible anywhere so far.

1. Was the concrete slab already there before installing the boxes?
2. If yes, then what is the thickness of the slab, thickness of the vertical concrete wall that supports the slab and height of the concrete slab from the floor?
3. Have you ever faced any issues by now as it is over 3 years it is installed?
1) Yes, concrete slab of 3 inches
2) Wall is 8 inches
3) No issues but you need to call Godrej multiple times for minor issues like a hinge change etc

In olden days women used to sit and cook and they never had the problem of knee joints , only had to suffer the smoke of the chula! Now they have no problem of smoke but a lot of joint pains developed by standing while cooking!

Kuch v matlab kuch v.... pehle maa aur behen log kuch bolte nahi the... bar bar knee bend kar ke utha baithna... not a easy task.... only smoke you said.... that smoke had burnt their future.... its 2023... but some men having these kinda mind set... actually derogatory and concerning.... not every old thing is gold bro.... change for better... a progressive society starts with empowered women... actually shame on you thoughts man...

You might have good experience with Godrej Interio, earlier I was also real admirer of this brand but this brand disappointed me when I purchased a petal design sofa .
I purchased that sofa last year and within a month or two it’s upholstery torn out from it’s stitch.
I have been logging the complaints again and again through many channels but they haven’t contacted me nor replaced that,my sofa have one year warranty and I purchased it in Jamshedpur.
All furniture companies are cheaters, I had bad experience with Pepperfry

I joyfully bought steel almirah to use immediately..on my trust over Godrej since 30yrs..but I'm unlucky to receive a bad product with incorrect keys ..they did not resolve the issue still now👌I wont go for them again

I use Godrej interio modular kitchen. No doubt its awesome. But my one is half of ur size, still it costed me 1.75lakhs. Thats why I am wondering whats the difference.!

Hello there! Very nice kitchen and nice review by you🙂. I know for many the cost seems high for the modular but the most important thing here is 10yrs warranty. I will just say anyone who have invested in their homes and are looking for modular or any other interiors the first and foremost thing is longevity, of course everyone has their budget but kitchen being the place which is handled every day for n number of times needs to be built promisingly. We didn't have the option for going branded modular, the locally famous shops which claimed to use fittings from hettich or hafele were quoting very high. Though we had our kitchen built locally but we know the owner of the shop from long time and his carpenter takes care of our issues but I don't think we will get confirmed services for 10yrs. Moreover, the time I have to invest in monitoring the work and can't just leave on them was so exhausting. So kudos to you! 😌

Not sure what are you saying. Those white boxes are from godrej. Blinds are from DDecor and box above chimney is from carpenter.

Hi Sunderdeep, the review was bang on! I am a Godrej fan….. and was looking for an honest review to do my kitchen…. One question…. Why didn’t you go for cupboards till the ceiling? The kitchen looks really neat and clean and everything concealed.
It would be difficult to use cupboards above regular height because Godrej doesn't have pull down motion boxes.

I am not sure but I believe front doors are mdf, rest is steel

Is the entire inner area ss steel? even the rear panel on the wall? are they steel? Did it rust anywhere or cut? I made a homecentre kitchen in 2019, took the best which was termite n water proof, but ab pura kitchen kha gayi termite.

I would say use steel .I had wooden cabinets but in a year they got infected with termites. I had to bring down the entire kitchen..

भाई, मेरे पास 12 साल से गोदरेज किचन है। इसमें पानी नहीं लगे, इसका ध्यान रखना, नहीं तो कारकेस गल जाएगा। आपके वीडियो में सभी यूनिट में नीचे पानी के निशान दिख रहें हैं। बर्तन अभी से पोंछ के रखो। सिंक यूनिट में भी विशेष ध्यान रखना नहीं तो नीचे से जंग लग जाएगी। बाकी ये बात सही है कि मॉड्यूलर किचन गोदरेज की ही सबसे बढ़िया है।

Not at all Sir, steel drawers & panels have great finishing, paint Quality, panel gaps etc r consistent. Tell me which carpenter makes steel kitchen? You need to see it in real to understand how good the Quality is. Handmade kitchen may look beautiful but over the time you will have loose handles, parts falling & other workmanship regarding issues.

Its a bit costly for a Rs. 2 lacs worth even for branded fittings. There are many mesh accessories which are not costly. The finishing is not upto mark. And most of all, Hettich is a known brand but its not a well reviewed or known to have longer life (as can be seen in the video).
