By its nature, BEE is a programme that seeks to redress historical and financial imbalances of the past whereby DA greatly benefited.
The problem with ESKOM is with corruption yes but what about citizens kokasi who do not pay for electricity? But yet we complain when there's load shedding and government bailouts!
