Think about it, Incredibles 2 focused a lot on Jack Jack discoverimg his powers. I believe that in Incredibles 3, Winston deavor will be the new screen slaver or either syndrome gets his hands on the technology. Either way Syndrome will probably play a big role in incredibles 3 with him somehow taking Jack Jack and helping him achieve his “final power.” Then maybe Jack Jack will have to make a choice between his family or his mentor syndrome. Maybe there will be a time skip just so Jack Jack grows up a little more yo be able to make his own decisions

You know, Sid had a cool future...almost. He is likely the young garbageman with the skull shirt in Toy Story 3. So he turned out to be a pretty chill, fun-living dude who jams out to tunes at work. Some speculate that he may even help abandoned toys. But...one of Sid's co-workers drives a truck with old toys tied to its hot, metal grille. Sid knows toys are sentient, yet there these stuffed creatures are, tied all day to a garbage truck with exhaust pushing at their backs. So, has Sid given up and accepted these toys' fate? Or did he find something cathartic in working a job where toys are thrown away every day, to be buried in trash and ultimately incinerated? Alternatively, his unique experience with toys could have let him vibe that Lotso was a danger to others, and that the rest of the grille gang learned to live with it. :p
I would say Hopper is the scariest Pixar villian, so he had the scariest defeat. He was defeated by being eaten and torn apart by baby birds and it was so gruesome that they couldn't show it
