Prep ⏰ : 15 minutes | Cooking ⏰ : 30 minutes
Serve 4 persons / Resep untuk 4 orang
Ingredients for the Chilli Paste / Bahan untuk dihaluskan:
2 Birds-eye Chillies / Cabe Keriting (you can add more / bisa lebih banyak buat yang suka pedas)
5 Long Chillies / Cabe Besar (you can add more / bisa lebih banyak buat yang suka pedas)
5 Shallots / Bawang Merah
4 Garlics / Bawang Putih
2 cm Ginger / Jahe
2 cm Turmeric / Kunyit
5 Candle Nuts / Kemiri

5 Bay leaves / Daun Salam
2 Lime leaves / Daun Jeruk
½ handful of Basil / 1 ikat kecil Kemangi
1 Tomato / 1 Tomat - we forgot to show in the ingredients clip (lupa dimasukkin di video) 🤦🏼♀
½ tsp / sdt of Salts / Garam
½ tsp /sdt of Pepper / Lada
½ tsp / sdt of Sugar / Gula
½ cup of Water / Air
1 Kg Chicken / Ayam

You can use more or less of the ingredients according to your taste 😘
You can use breasts or thighs or whole chicken, it’s entirely up to you / Boleh pakai dada atau paha atau ayam utuh sesuai selera saja….
