Thanks for the upgrade effort, but the final minutes are a mess here as well. The 8th inning call and the 5th inning call are on top of each other. It is still incomplete also. Still though, thanks for making it available!
Tigers got three quick singles in the first to drive the starter out. The problem was that the fielders weren’t properly placed. If they’d done adequate analytics, they’d have shifted and got all three out.

Reds was 35 years (1940-1975). Pirates (1979-present) have waited 42 years plus. Tigers (1984-present) have been waiting 37 years. Braves (1914-1957) waited 43 years. Brown/O’s waited 63 years (start-1966). Senator/Twins (1924-1987) waited 63 years, The Senator/Rangers (expansion-present) have waited 60 years plus. The Angels (expansion-2002) waited 41 years. The Mets (1986-present) have waited 35 years. The Astros (expansion-2017) waited 55 years The Padres and Brewers have been waiting 52 years plus. The Expos/Nationals (expansion-2019) waited 50 years. The Royals longest wait (1985-2015) was 30 years . The Blue Jays (1993-present) have been waiting 28 years. The Mariners (expansion-present) have been waiting 44 years. The Rockies (expansion-present) have been waiting 28 years. The Marlins (2003-present) have waited 18 years. Diamondbacks (2001-present) 20 years and Blue Jays (expansion-present) 23 years.
That is wonderful. Dizzy was certainly before my time. However, as a Tigers fan, and someone who enjoys Tigers' history, I am aware of him. I just Goggled him to see that he passed away in 1972. A fine pitcher.

Slater was probably better known as a quiz show host. Among others, he was the host of twenty questions. He does nice work here. G comparison.
