This is way beyond your normal stuff. I am not just motivated, but truly inspired to push harder and go after my dreams. Even people who don't understand our sport would be inspired by this video. This is GREAT STUFF!!! Keep it up.
"Do something you believe in. and Dont think about the money, or dont think about fame, or any of that bullshit. but if you do something you believe in. and you hold yourself to it with consistency, sacrifice, and dedication, youll be suprised where you end up. like i said, somebodys gotta be that person... it could easily be you."
this is a great video. lots of positive energy. Anybody that has anything negative to say about this video and goes out of their way to actually make a comment on it, then I feel sorry for you because there's obviously something in your life that makes you feel the need to better yourself by insulting anything you can. Sorry.
I remember years ago i read an interview in a magazine, of course a bodybuilder was being interviewed, he asked to be interviewed outside and lit up a cigarette, the interviewer said "wait, but you workout!" and the bodybuilder said "im a bodybuilder, not a health nut" I think bodybuilder was NEVER about being healthy. even the amateur weight lifter has to do unhealthy things to gain muscle.
I know obviously these guys train for body building comps but personally I wouldn't want to be that huge. I would like some def and a little tone.. These guys are fucking huge.. Nice dedication though and hard work !! Crazy !!
1:32 Epic Jay Cutler. Was that at Mr O 2009? I've never seen him in so gud shape. 1:43 Lee Priest as graceful as a swan. He's the only one who i apreciate posing like this.Probably the biggest forearms i've ever seen
@legonds drinking beer is NOT worse then doing steroids, 500 characters is not nearly enough space to list the complications brought on by such performance enhancing drugs. Alcohol is actually good for you in moderations, it contains antioxidants for one. The only side effect is liver damage, but that requires massive excess of drinking. Please don't miss inform people because you want to feel better about doing drugs, and not casually drinking with friends....
@boisebraves40 juice or not, these men push themselves to the limit physically and mentally and have a mental toughness that you clearly don't have or know about....
@benjsy It's massive, for example you have the prize money for the competitions which i think for the arnold classic is like $130,000 and the olympia which is like $200,000 ( it was at one point, don't know about now". But then the bodybuilders get sponsored by supplement companys etc and they get paid huge amounts of money, so it's hard to tell depending on the company, but they're rich whoever they're with :L
@culchy1971 also judging for bodybuilding would be difficult. Running and high jumping have specific records in numbers, but bodybilding is subjective. Unless they measure all the bodyparts of the competitor and compare to a standard
@jugglerwarrior ur right but it looks a little bit strange in specially in some bodybuilders like ronnie coleman that are gigantic, they became unproportion
@amoo2007 ill say one thing, its a 24/7 activity for sure, these guys live what they are doing from the recovery, diet and training its a 24/7 activity and dam hard. as for if its called a sport, well we all have our opinions and thats cool too. I know people that think poker is a sport. :)
@KyleP2009 young uneducated people may read your comment and believe you. If anybody is reading this and is unsure, PLEASE consult a doctor, he or she will tell you that drinking is orders of magnitude safer than steroids. I'm doing a BSC in Nutrition at York [UK rank 9], and I can assure you that some wine with dinner, or some beers with friends on a regular basis has NO health complications for healthy adults. People who say steroids are safe, just don't know the facts, or don't want to.
i may not take steroids and 99% i never will but i still lift weights and love every fucking minute of it steroids or not it doesnt replace hard work and diet
how many years does it take to get a body like this, and in 3 months will u be able to get good results around 8 hours working out a week and having an average a 6 days on diet a week, 1 day off diet??? plz some1 answer.
