The stains are from an old leak Lorelly and one of my next projects will be replacing the ceiling. I did recently have a slow drip happening, but that has been repaired too! 😊

Is Mexico not an option for a winter base? Your health care dollars would most likely go farther and there's a healthy expat community there. The Baja perhaps? Take care, safe travels and best wishes from the Island.
I think I would still need travel health care insurance to drive down to Mexico and I’m not sure I want to travel there alone. I’m hoping to spend a few months in the south west United States in the New Year. 😊

Yes, that's the plan and I forgot to mention it. There is a side door, so I can store items I don’t often need and access them that way.😊
