- Why yes, that IS in fact a coach hitting baseballs to me in the seats. That's how cool the Baltimore Orioles are. The players are nice. The coaches are nice. The coaches' kids are nice. Now they just need to win more games and bring in the left field wall at Camden Yards -- but wait, this game took place against the White Sox in Chicago.
Seriously, bullpen catcher Ben Carhart is amazing. So is 1st base coach Anthony Sanders (aka "The Fungo Master") and his son Troy. So is Colton Hyde, the son of O's manager Brandon Hyde. Shoutout to Tim Cossins as well. Meanwhile I wish I could say nice things about the White Sox but the team doesn't let fans inside the stadium early enough to see them take batting practice. (Booooo!!)

The Orioles’ pitch game in the bullpen is a bit more difficult to play when they play at Tropicana Field. Great video Zack! Good job to the Fernandos and Fenway Chris.

Hey brother it’s been a year since I last commented, just wanted to say thanks for keeping the dream alive, I’m happy your living my dream life. Be safe out there and thank you for sharing your experiences. My favorite video of yours was more like a mini doc you did with old pictures and that was the video you made when you worked for a minor league club during the summer, it brought back good memories. I also appreciate the example your setting for kids, these kids will never know how crazy we had it in the 90’s. Anyway just reminiscing, I turn the big 45 on the 9th, and I can sleep nicely knowing that Zack is on his way to a ballpark and using the cup trick to the amazement of everyone around him. I was at this game I didn’t know you were there! I was planing to go on the 24th of June but that was the day of Game 5 of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals, and that was a elimination game. So I couldn’t miss it. It was at the same time as the White Sox game that day. Lol

I completely forgot about the Orioles bullpen game when I was at the Jays game in June 😑 I did notice during the game they did give a lot of balls.
I was there for multiple nights, but yes, the night that everything went to hell was comped.

Zack answered this in Q&A Part 13. Zack does not wear sunglasses. He’d rather miss a few bp home runs a year than deal with sunglasses on his face.
