The storks nest was massive! I love watching you shop for groceries. Seeing you STANDING while cooking brought back memories of when that wasn't possible and all your adventures trying to get the high top installed! Happy birthday, Mark!
Hi Lucy and Mark, Happy New Year. I am greatly inspired by your Van Life adventure that has been going on for over 5 years. May your travels be safe and healthy this year as well. Good Luck!!
Aloha Mark & Lucy - Happy New Year!! Here’s to another year of safe travels, sharing of wonderful stories & embarking on new adventures. Love always 💕💖💕
Happy Birthday 🎂 Mark ! Hope you enjoyed the day. Happy New Year Mark & Lucy. Thank you for the adventures in 2023. Anxious to see what's on the agenda for 2024. Safe travels .
Hi Lucy and Mark, Again, Happy New Year!!! It seems like Spain is the break you needed from the chaos you dealt with trying to leave Africa. I would truly love to be travelling right now. But that's going to have to wait a couple years more. How long are you planning to stay in Spain? Keep Safe, ❤❤ Matt - Toronto, Canada
@@campingcarjoaen Yeah I remember Madrid and some other places, but I wasn't there for a long time. It was when I was touring with bands years ago. I went to Madrid on my own but still couldn't really see as much as I wanted because we had a number of days of rain. One day hopefully I can take Carine there. She would love the food in Spain.
You like seeing animals and baby animals in the wild, but did you not make the connection between the half frozen baby piglet and a real animal ? It hurts me every time you "love your pork". Maybe visit or google a pork farm !!!
If only the road conditions were such that it would not be too much for Tubi and break it. Also some of the unwanted attention and resulting problems don't encourage. Seems that the infrastructure and circumstances like safety in some regions is not favorable for tourists using vans.
@@dinkaman2160pukka I wrote: not favorable. I didn't say impossible. Is damaging your vehicles, getting stuck in mud etc. worth it. Some could enjoy challenges like that. Others could prefer more favorable parts of the world for their van life. Tourists and also Africans seem to prefer flying since roads are so difficult. On many roads 4x4 vehicles have trouble. Some roads are full of trucks trying to get through whichever way they can. Seems that an enduro type motorbike would be a better choice for many reasons. But that kind of lifestyle is different from van life.

@@just42tube its doable, they just need to be confident and not put up with rubbish, be firm but soft at the same time. Lots of people do it.
