powerful...i gave my permission to relax on food for 2 days christmas and boxing day...I have been fiercely strict for 4 years due to the health issues. I gave myself permission...i relaxed, it became a new mindset that was not healthy..my body struggling to get back into routine. before this i had worked out how to do cheat days and bounce back....when I gave myself permission i didn't set a boundary in place like I usually do. This was a great video...i put on 5kilos in those 3 weeks I lost the mindset.but from yesterday dropped a kilo already .lol Mindset change...I give myself permission now to NOT ALLOW THE CHAOS...KEEP THE CALM...
