This is Indian movie man, we have different emotions for different languages. When original movie was released it was very underrated & only a massive hit in a South part of India. The producers in view of business and to reach vast audience with well-known actors they remade in Hindi so, they can reach the content to the whole nation. Seriously watch the original & thank me later.

But he went on self destruction mode that he can't shave his pubes easily and didn't care if his friend or anybody is there.. He's left with no shyness no awkwardness.. He became a stone.. He got some itch down there so decided to shave it then and there... And even though he's a doctor he can't shave himself with care... That's the message the movie is trying to portray.. It's arts and literature... Pls show some respect....
