This video was way longer than it needed to be. Didn't get any real information (just a lot of blah,blah, blah about what you were GOING to talk about!), until almost halfway through the video. Basically, people should drink a glass of water upon waking, avoiding too much caffeine. And have a breakfast that includes healthy protein or complex carbs, but avoid too much sugar. Moving around instead of sitting around is best. Also do something mentally stimulating; read the paper? Also they suggest planning what you will wear the night before, and ready yourself for the next day's activities. Shouldn't have taken almost 15 minutes to say that!
Skipping breakfast I will always do. Eating sugar is the worse though. Rest a lot carb diet, keto even. Extremely good for you.
