He works very hard and there's a lot of good cars in there. Salvage and put it aside safe and some nose troubles you can resell and everything else at a better price and so on. And the parts off of what you know. That's how you do what this guy gets triple plus for me

You are living my dream there Silas. I love old trucks, I'd save them all, and find safe new homes for them. But as for all those cars, it would be crush crush and more crush. I'd probably build myself a nice house too way out at the back of the property. No more commuting from work to home, you would be at both at the same time.

It's geat you are saving the 57 Bel Air. It is a very rare 4 door hardtop.
Absolutely love watching your videos, when i saw the 57 belair sedan in the crusher i about died until i heard you saw you wasnt crushing it, 57 belair is my dream car
And, it's a 4-door hardtop. The door glass is super hard to find. I believe it would also fit a '56. No 4-door hardtops produced for 1955 Chevies.
Food for thought 🤔...
If you can get that tank truck running you could use it for a gas ⛽ truck. Cars coming in have gas in them pump it out of the cars through a lubrifiner of a Simi truck, into the tank then you have a clean supply of gas. IT looked like that tank had compartments you could use one compartment to fill with diesel for your Crusher and Loader. And you still have room for air Compressor and cutting torches, tools, O now we have a YARD TRUCK... HEAVY DUTY and you could mount a small Crain on the back corner. That might be a good idea for when Scilace comes and helps 🌞🙏👍
One day Silas is going to have to show us one of those rats that makes a nest as big as they are, around here our beavers don't even cut trees as big as his rats do

Good to see that the 57 Sport Sedan didn’t get crushed. It’s worth building
someone once said, "theres a butt for every seat" meaning someone will buy it regardless of conditions or looks... I can't think of any other reason that the bathtub nash ever was sold. I do know they were way ahead of the times in quality or other things that could be mentioned but seriously any rig of vintage will sell to someone in a manner of time. And time is running out for a good many folks as they age way quicker than anticipated.

GMC trucks got that and 348 in it fits if the dipstick is on the right side at the 409 3/48 on a passenger side
Man oh man!! What a busy day. You are one of the workingest fellas! I was born and raised in Maine, we worked from Dawn to dusk. I moved to Virginia to build houses, people I tried to hire, wouldn’t work in rain, going to rain, had rained, it’s too muddy, etc etc.,😂🤣SO I DID MODT EVERYTHING MYSELF. After I retired I did meet people that were like me. Yes!!!!!

I just knew that you could not crush that 57 Chevy four-door. I can cry if you did. I use several pieces of trim after some thieves stole some of my stuff. That's another story. Maybe that church is a trucker's Church. Something like a cowboy Church. I wonder if Ford guys have to say some kind of forgiveness prayer because that was a Chevy grill. I'm not knocking them. Gets people in the doors and they don't water down the good book it's okay with me for what that's worth.

Actually it took 2 years to sell for $300. I feel like tri-5 stuff has taken a major hit in popularity these days. I’m glad it found a home tho. He’s going to pull a few parts and then scrap the rest I believe.

Congrats for purchasing it. 4) I guess that Low Buck Garage would love to own/buy the red/orange 4WD International pickup truck. He just had to kind of give back a green one.

Silas, you scrapped a freightliner FLD120 semi a while back. I wish you had been looking at your comments more regularly. I had been trying to contact you ABOUT that truck for some time to buy it from you. Oh well, too late now, but you would have gotten more than you did.

I don't know exactly where he is. I'm not able to just on a whim search an entire state for someone if they don't respond to someone expressing interest in something. If I had KNOWN where he is, you never know, there likely would have been a video on his channel of me driving it home.

As it is, your TH-cam videos are better then many of the professionally produced shows on Netflix, etc.
