    People need to remember that it’s not easy to start a business. The black community is WAY !!! to hard on black business. We need to understand that it a learning process as you grow your business. I will continue to support Jackie and Dennis . You are amazing ❤💪🏾👏🏾💯✝️👑

      I agree with the statement in general, but based on what I saw in the things they posted and reviews for the most part.. this wasn't that. People genuinely were let down by the products at the time.

      All start ups get criticism. Especially when they were there from the beginning. It has nothing to do with being a Black business. If she was white she would get the same criticism, trust me. TH-camr supporters are Equal Opportunity Draggers. Everyone gets it lol.

    I have not purchased your candles as of yet because I just learned of them when I clicked on this video. But based on this video alone, I am certainly going to make a purchase to support you. I simply appreciate your honesty and taking accountability for the mishaps and learning experiences!!! That alone moved me to want to purchase some of your candles. Good job.     I purchased Jackie's candles when they first launched and my candles smelled great but the soot was too much and one of the candles even exploded. I was extremely disappointed because I love the fragrances but the candle was just dangerous. I totally understand how hard it is to have a business and learn and grow along the way. Despite those bumps in the beginning, I am looking forward to giving the candles a try again since they made these new updates.

    I'm sending this to my oldest son who is a Forvr Mood Candle junkie honey lol because to be quite honest both he and I love love love the your candles but didn't want to leave a review because we thought maybe it just one or two candles out of the batch that just wasn't throwing the scents - I love this for yall and for us - Thank you for always being so classy and addressing the issues and keeping us up to date~

    This is pretty cool. The community has supported but also been loud in the criticism, which, in all honesty, stopped me from purchasing. Particularly, I heard time and time again about the soot issues and smell of the candle while burning. I’m happy that those issues are being addressed and now actually look forward to purchasing. Well done.

    I love the candles. They all smell amazing to me. One of mine leaked during shipping and I kept that to myself because it was a branddd spanking new company 🙄

    I can appreciate this. I bought a candle before and didn’t repurchase because the candle didn’t really have a good throw, but I will reconsider trying again. Love this.

That said, I appreciate you all recognizing that the first product fell way short of what we all hoped it would be, and the fact that you're owning up to it with your fans.     I have 2 unused candles that I bought several months ago. I'm curious about how long ago these changes were made to the blending, because if my Candles aren't the newest method, I'd love to be able to swap them out to avoid the same issues.
