Ive been a cyclist myself too. The fondest memories I have related to cycling and music are from back 2015, when I spent I few days in Amsterdam, doing long bike rides in the outskirts of the city while listening to Tame Impala in my headphones. I, as most of you, heard this song for the first time during quarentine, and it kinda reminds me of all the time and beautiful experiences I have missed ("time we lost that's all my fault"), in especial a relationship I would have had with a person I truly like, but I guess we cant have everything we want right? Anyway, I hope I can someday look back at this song and realise that I have the freedom I miss right now.

It's so hard to express how perfect it is. With all it's imperfections.
It feels so absolutely inspired, has so much soul and emotions. Every single note is irreplaceable and no song can be skipped.
I am so glad to have stumbled upon it. Cuz even though I've always known about the Strokes. And a lot of their songs already are a classic.. I never really thought of them as more than a pleasant radio band.
But I cannot take my mind off this album. It haunts me throughout the day. And I cannot wait to be back home from my work so I can listen to it in it's entirety.

It's so complicated to describe it, they have their own thing. What they make you feel, it's such an unexplainable vibe/feeling. I have to agree with some of the comments: The new abnormal is a mixture of the Old and the New Strokes, like if they had tons of sex and had a baby lol. Like they improved and matured all this time that has passed by. More experienced! Complete masterpiece. I would dare to say that I would like to hear the sound of Albert's voice too, or, at least a second voice(chorus) from one of the guys now that each and everyone of them have a band of their own.

Cuando estábamos juntos le compre boletos para ir al concierto juntos, hasta los asientos coincidían con su cumpleaños fue el último regalo de mi parte y no estaré en el concierto a su lado. El me dedico esta canción cuando estábamos juntos, justo cuando yo aún estaba dando todo para que funcionará lo nuestro, nuestra historia terminó y hoy ya no estamos juntos.
