Twilight mode jab bhi ON rahega to Twilight ka jo time rehta he before sunrise and after sunset tab relay ON nahi hoga...
aur Twilight mode off rahega to tab Twilight time pr relay on rahega

About price - You can check online.
This timer is used to control contacor. Timer output contact capacity is upto 6A. So, contacor having coil capacity upto 1400VA (230V×6A=1380VA) is suitable.
