VERY POOR QUALITY. After using it just three times (around town, to grocery store), the “last a lifetime” coating is peeling off!!! Hasn’t even gotten wet and I am not rough with my gear. BOUNDARY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO PUT OUT SUCH SHODDY PRODUCTS. AVOID.
WOW...This is very interesting to know...I picked mine up used and it used it pretty heavily used it and didn't have that same experience. I would highly recommend reaching out to Boundary...as a company they have been great to work with the few times I have contacted or bought directly from them. I am sure they will do what they can to make it right. I'll also keep an eye out if I find any others in the community having a similar experience...I have a few friends that travel often and use their brand...for me I just couldn't get used to the back opening up and the configuration.
@@Bowmanthebagguy thanks for the comments. I’ve reached out to them numerous times. And the long and short of it is that they do not stand behind their products. Even when they admit that I got a defective one, and it is falling apart. As a sidenote, I bought mine outside of the US. Perhaps it’s OK in the US. But if your boundary customer outside of the US you are out of luck.
Charlie...I'm sorry to hear that, that's definitely not what I would want to experience as well. I am a big fan of so many brands...I know it's a bummer for this one but hope you find a better brand and bag that fits your needs and exceeds your customer expectations. It's so nice when you find the right one for you...as of lately I'm a big fan of Evergoods...I have not had any issues either so I can't chat about their support just because I have not had to work with them. GoRuck's support is great...I bought a 10L Bullet Ruck 2 years ago and it broke a few months ago. I paid for shipping to send it back, they repaired and gave me some stickers and paid shipping to send back to me. Couldn't ask for much more! I would recommend looking into both of those brands...really good stuff!
