Great to see you out again Twiggy…Madwoman stones is like the big sister of Pats place don’t ya think? Sheltered, perfect sit rock and kitchen rock, nice views to survey one’s kingdom. Nobody about, perfect and yes I always down up even in summer cos I’m nesh. We all have our little rituals, definitely better to be prepared and get a good sleep, it’s all what we learn as we go. Its not a wild camp without forgetting something lol ...its all about getting out of our comfort zone and roughing it a little bit anyways. Its got to be good for our health, physical and mental thats for sure. I think the bigger crime was drinking beer out of a plastic mug lol specially if it was a craft beer ! would have been better in its tin but thx for keeping it real I agree with you about the enlightened equipment quilts ( I have one too) they are light, versatile, and pack down real small yet still warm..well done mate cheers from New Zealand

Another great video, Twiggy. Thanks for taking us along! I've noticed that a lot of wild camping TH-camrs getting disturbed sleep when it's windy. I find earplugs help me greatly, so I'm wondering why more people don't seem to use them. Wondering what your thoughts are?
I use them if it's real windy, still doesn't block all the sound though but they help... I'm not a fan of camping in strong wind... Always a challenge sleeping. Cheers ATB

Cheers Frederick... All three are pretty solid up to around 25 mph... The enan can get annoyingly flappy but still stands up... The unna, I think the whole tent seems to sway a bit... Definitely the Soulo best... I take the canopy hood off if it's not raining in wind.. Its the only thing that gets to me. Cheers for watching 👍
