Pat Cruz - Jealous

What up everyone?! This video was shot by Kanauru, produced by Live In Motion, and is featuring some amazing Korean dancers, Sorah, Young J and Jerri. I was able to work with Live In Motion to help promote these Korean dancers in hopes to inspire the dancers of Korean to continue to pursue dance and follow their passion. Along with dancing, Jerri choreographed the last section with me and did an amazing job! We had an awesome time working together! Although I chose to present this as just a routine, the creation process for this piece was very real to me. It all revolves around the idea of being jealous. Not jealous of a person, but of inanimate objects that get to be around someone special to you when you can't be there yourself. To me the feeling of missing someone has its ups and downs. It hurts to miss them, but reminiscing on the time spent with that person allows you to relive the special moments you shared. You know that you will again be able to share these moments but at that point in time you miss them so much, that you would give anything to be even the lifeless things around them just to be apart of their every day life. Everytime I see Pat Cruz I am amazed with the skills he has. This video proves that no matter where you are from, dancing is a universal language. The connection that Pat and Jerri had in their duo was absolutely amazing. The choreo as a whole was phenomenal. Keep it up!!!
