All members are pretty good and it boils down to personal preference. Cong is great at long distance high damage and penetration. Pan has 30% damage plus against bosses. I recommend placing them on your team. Balanced team Pan, Isabella, Cong, Beo. Full offense team: Pan, Rico, Bagherra, Beo Defense team: Pan, Dail(with shield), Isabella, Bagherra
