Nice selections; I really enjoy America's Test Kitchen books as well. You know, it's quite refreshing to see a woman enjoying living a conventional role in her marriage. My wife has expressed to me--a number of times--that she'd like to do the same. When circumstances permit, we'll eventually make that a reality. She and I both cook, but I prepare most of the dinners--which is still great because I love working in the kitchen. I recently purchased MI COCINA and we're going to start exploring the dishes together.
