You have to cut into the cap to make ear tabs. I made a video that I need to upload on how to do it. Once you create ear tabs you can wear it glueless..

nice video ,quick question how do you manage the back ,I've always done regular wig cause I'm afraid the 360 will get loose as I sweat.
