She died at home alone from falling against something at & hit her head. As she was found it was already to late. It is hard with someone who drinks so much, but through the years I've understood why she choosed to drinking. And I can tell you, it is important to clarify such situations in you & for you because if you never do, you'll feel bad for a long long time.

I've yet to personally hear a story where a parent drinking at 1pm isn't a nuisance at best, and a risk to the safety of everyone in the household at worst. As long as you don't allow your alcohol consumption to inhibit your ability to care for your kids' needs and make them feel safe, then go ahead.
