Still think that Martin Walker talking and meeting with John Conrad (even though John Conrad was still dead) was symbolizing that Martin Walker was talking to his guilt
@Italo Breno I’m with you, I’ve been wanting a remake since forever. This game was my childhood and to me this game’s been the best shooter game at least for me. Love it and I’d love to play it again so so bad either a remastered version or remake wich a remake sounds so good too. I just wanna play this game, don’t even know why it doesn’t have a remastered version at least. It deserves it
Thanks man. This game, its insane with the values and messages it holds. Genuinely made me go through a week of nightmares after I finished the first playthrough. Good games give their players PTSD and make them contemplate their actions beyond just shooting the bad guys. Cause you didn't shoot bad guys, you shot people. And that game gave that weight of consequence to everyone that played it.
Not quite. I mean, yes, I understand the message Spec Ops conveys that war is not a game. But at least for my part, I never really felt bad playing the game and actually enjoyed killing people, soldiers and civilians alike. I've had it three times already and I enjoy it every time.
@theonesignal he was already dead, he died in the helicopter crash at the start of the game, the rest of the games was his own personal hell, that's why we see Konra's Face in around the City, Lugo's and Adam's Name appering in the List of the Death of the 33rd in the second last mission, also how the endings end implied that walker is repeating the Same hell over and Over in the ending where he live.
In fact the 4 endings are perfect, making Walker shoot himself shows that he stops blaming Konrad and thus ends his character arc, if Walker shoots Konrad and he lets the army take him it shows that he accepts his guilt and will try to live with it, return home and try to rehabilitate, and in the last two they are more of the same, Walker when attacking the platoon because at this moment he no longer knows how to do more than another and no longer distinguishes from allies of enemies and dies in the shootout, and in the other one where he kills the platoon, at the end he does the same thing that Konrad did.
Lugo, Adams, Gould, the Radioman... Konrad. The civilians. The desperate militia in the outskirts, with stolen weapons. The Damned 33rd. None of them deserved that.
"It seems reports of Spec Ops the line being forgotten were greatly exaggerated"

Never send a someone who has become a sledgehammer for a mission that requires a scalpel.
Or better yet. A looking glass. Their mission was search for survivors and call in for evac

Modern Warfare: Guys, look, I’m such a dark game! I make players kill a kid every ten minutes!

"fuck it, the game was released 9 years ago, but now seems like the perfect time to post this."
thanks for uploading this
Perfect for when you have to be surely sure that you’re sure this is really what you want Walker....so be it, *FIVE*
It’s your fault
@@kylee262 "If that's what you believe, then shoot me."
It takes a strong man to deny what's in front of him.
Still think that Martin Walker talking and meeting with John Conrad (even though John Conrad was still dead) was symbolizing that Martin Walker was talking to his guilt
That's very much what it is. Konrad is his conscience, as personified in the villain Walker wanted him to be, down to the black clothing
It is definitely one of the best soundtracks ever..
This game deserve a remake.
Yes man,exactly. We need this...
More precisely we just need a remaster with updated graphics and fixed gameplay. For a masterpiece for all time a remake is not needed.
@@tankerkane1232 Well said bro
@theonesignal mostly because sprinting and taking cover were the same button. So instead of sprinting away from a grenade you often sit on it

Do you know what the most terrifying words in English are?
"We're delta squad and we here to save you"

Yeah....this shit gave me fuckton of nightmares and PTSD
You just spoke my mind dude
Not me I never get nightmares when I played this game
There are 2 options:
Continue the game to continue the madness
Stop playing it, you get the good ending
"Your all thats left Walker, and we cant live this lie forever"
Remember the only good ending was, let walker die or, shut the fucking game down and never play it again.
@theonesignal
I have a headcanon that, after Walker is officially discharged, he goes to work in a soup kitchen and never leaves.

This track makes me feel conflicted, sad and mad. All those atrocities and deaths for nothing especially of Adams and Lugo!
Lugo, Adams, Gould, the Radioman... Konrad. The civilians. The desperate militia in the outskirts, with stolen weapons. The Damned 33rd. None of them deserved that.
This would also have fitted so well with the ME3 ending. Any of the main 3 of them anyway.
You are a legend
you made my day, thnks
the horror... the horror...
Me after they took it off the store ( I got this game just right before they took it off store both xbox and on pc)
Hmm.. today I will scout Dubai to see if there are still people alive in the city, then radio extraction from outside the storm wall
They send in the cavarly, we go home.
oh!
How to win this game ?
Never play it for fuck sake
It was obvious
