I need help regarding my Homage UPS HVS 1214 which I bought a few months ago. The UPS turns off 5 to 6 mins after the power is off (due to loadshedding). It turns off after beeping, flashing and showing error 02 on the display. The load is minimal due to winter. The battery is almost new, healthy and well maintained with its tonic etc.
What could be the issue and its solution?
It would be so kind if you guide me through this. Thank you.

02 is a warning of Low battery. Please make sure your battery health is good. Check 03 no setting and set it to 25A.

Connect only four solar panels of 150watts in series to 82vdc and 7amperes. Then check the effeciency. It will give maximum effeciency of mppt range.
Only support 600 watts solar.

Let's Suppose we are using 3.2 kw inverter. At night their are no solar support and we are depending on Grids and Battery
If we are using 2.5kw load on system and suddenly we face load shedding and can our batteries are capable of 2.5kw load?
I think maybe lead acid batteries can take load but what's about Tubler batteries? Many person I saw in youtube they were installed 50 amp DC breaker in batteries.
It's mean 24v X 50 amp = 1200va

Sir , with batteries you need 100A DC breaker.
2500W load can’t last long. Batteries can run load but for 1 hour max. For long backup you need large battery bank.
as per manual Vmp for this invertor is 15-18 V, and Vmp of a 550 W panel will be more tha 40 V....so 550-watt k panels direct safe nahi rahein ge

please don't but. I buy it. my motors get a humming noise when shifted to UPS. the homage inverter 1214 does not give pure sine wave ,
it will give you simulated sign wave, which decrease the life of your appliances , and they got heat up when use. and also get more power then normal usage.

Question: UPS tou Final ho gaya best hai 1000watt pura output de raha hai per aap ne solar panel k bare mai kam bataya. I'm already using Homeage UPS but non-solar ab mjhe solar wala bhe lena hai lakin solar panels ki information nahi hai mjhe :( mono poly 150v 300v etc etc.. is UPS per konsi Solar Panel lagengi bas pls yeh bta dein. Sir , Its very good device. Please note one thing. Its fan runs continuously and due to 2 fans it noise is also a bit more than older models.
You can attach 2 panels of 300W for better results.

Very simple ... Agar battery stable.hy tu current battery ko ja raha hy aur agar battery low ho rahy hy tu battery sy current ly raha hy. Solar sy 55 volt aur 9 amp a rahy hain tu is matlab hy 490 watt solar dy raha hy. Aap ny 900 watt k load dala aur wapda connect nahi kiya matlab k battery sy jo readind ap ly rahe thy wo battery sy inverter ko wapis ja rahi thi.

54 A current aapka inverter battery se lay raha hai, yani (54A battery + 35A solar) *12 = 1068watts ju aap chala rhay hain
Homage ka purana model 15000 ki rang man milsakta hay
This inverter will takes only 35amperes from solar now formula
(Solar35 * btry voltg 12= 420watts.) So it gives us only 420 watts from solar. It is not efficient.
Total solar 150*6=900watts
Formula {420/900}*100 = 46.66% effeciency on solar thus it is a BAD INVERTER.
Not bad inverter you can say bad controller
