Anthony James he does ketchup on his pasta because it has a little taste then. He try to provide fat stuff in the lunch because it contains a lot of fat. He does a lot of salt in his food so it keeps the water inside the body. He doesnt eat a lot for a game. Beste Mathieu, verse tomaatjes van ons westland met olijfolie en peterselie smoren. Aardappeltjes snipperen. Wat water en een espressoke niet meer niet minder. Walnoten en macadamia`s werken ook goed. Water koken ja dan kristalliseert het goed uit. Erna eet je gewoon wat appels om de zuren af te voeren
