Beaconhouse Newlands celebrated Mental Health Week in the first week of November! One standout moment? Our MYP Co-Curricular Department joined forces with the Wellbeing Department to host the FIRST-EVER TEDX event.
The theme that stole the spotlight: "Connections and its impact on our mental health." Our amazing MYP 1 and 2 learners poured their hearts out, sharing the beautiful connections that shaped them into the awesome individuals they are today.
🎉 The atmosphere was electric! 🔥 Everyone in the auditorium could feel the vibes and relate to the TED talks-it was like listening to their own stories and experiences. ✨ Kudos to everyone who made this event a smashing success! Let's keep the conversation on mental health going! 💙
