So basically why you didn't get that much serpents. Is because it's not separated by a rarity tier. It's basically limited just like others, and luck boost just makes you catch better rarity tier fish aka mythicals and legendaries over less common fishes. So basically luck boost is pointless in catching Northstar serpent
