A final fit for kings, and there were four of them. All winners in my book.
That was just nothing short of one badass, amazing tournament. Congratulations Marc, awesome car, awesome win, well done; and that massive trophy is outstanding. Thank you LCDRL for all the time and work you put into this race. I loved every second of it, and I'm still blown-away by how cool your track is. It is always super exciting to make the finals, and this race was no exception especially against a large field of fast cars and fast racers. Win or lose I love this crazy hobby, thanks again LCDRL, that was fun. 🍺🍺🍺 🤩😎🍺🍺🍺

@@cutrockr-diecastracing2773 funny thing is what little testing I’ve done for this with my own cars the same exact casting and color is my fastest as well
@@thomasfilipiak3966 Like a few of us, I tested many cars I had collected since 2018, looking for potential. This jumped to the fore from day 1 and in last tests before final dustings. But at Boomtown was bested in faster times by my Red Dodge and Blue Shelby. The Red Dodges, which are still on the pegs, with a bit of persistance, worked up really well and gave me a lot of satisfaction to see it crack 407.25. Cheers, Marc

It is tough at times being so isolated from the diecast racing scene over in the US.
There are a few extra challenges to overcome to compete at the high end level, some I still have to conquer.
But I can't do it without the support of my diecast mates, especially when you have a bad day.
Special thanks to my long time mate Po'Boy, and all the old "Hot Car Track" email crew. Mates!
Also to all those that originally inspired me, way back to Chris Raab, Frank of Redpill, and all those whose channels I watch and I comment on. You know who you are!! (Well I hope so!)
Logistics and mental support; Many thanks to Po Boy, Blue Line, DJ JJJ, for collating and sending my cars and supplies back home to me at times. Much needed for improving/analysing! Also to all those good event organisers who assist by sending my cars onto these above friends after race events!
