Hi there! Today i showed you guys how you can create a simple hostage rescue mission.
CODES:
Hostagename switchMove "Acts_ExecutionVictim_Loop";
in rescue trigger,
Hostagename switchMove "Acts_ExecutionVictim_Unbow"; [Hostagename] join player;

Is there anyway to reduce the object hold action radius?Im trying to make a mission where hostages can spawn in random buildings within an area, so you would have to check every building in the area until you find them. But the prompt to free the hostage is showing up through walls so it kinda gives it away when you get close rather than actually having to lay eyes on the hostage. Still, great video though!

Hi, great and simple tutorial!
By the way, can you make a tutorial with indications for text pop up when you interact with an object, like a laptop or intel papers etc... hard to find indications for this

Hey i was wondering how do you make one of the comments in arma i looked all over and couldn't find it

You right click on the ground in eden editor then you see a options called "Place Comment"

there are options that i dont have on my screen, so i am unsure what is going on :(
for example: "edit survivor (hostage1)" i dont have "Hold action" witch i later can paste in the code.
