    Hi Steve
I would like to add some precautions for our permanent Install users and some traveling users that may encounter network demands from Building /Venue IT department personnel.
The wonderful folks at the Midas Care Team recommend that you never connect your Ethernet control port to a shared network, for wifi access that is installed in a Venue or your building infrastructure.
This Ethernet control port was never designed to handle network chatter and traffic. There is no network management protocol in that port, other than its management of multiple iPad devices for the sole purpose of MIxtender app.
Sometimes IT Department personnel will request the non-use of external routers that is not their own , due to their own challenges of providing WiFi access to all employees and patrons of your particular Venue. If you do connect to a shared network, you run the risk of over burdening the microprocessor in your particular Pro series console.
Believe me , I have learned this from experience. In our case we also had double trouble since we had Our ProX and a Pro1 in another building connected to the same Wifi network. This yielded audible sound artifacts, to say the least, when both consoles were up and running at the same time.
Use a separate stand alone router for each individual console, and do not connect it to a shared network.
Hope this helps some folks out there from avoiding the same issues.
    Happy Mixing
    Bill

Hi, where I can find the effects tab on the app? For example to control the tap delay or reverb with the iPad...

It is not possible from the APP. You will need to do these adjustments on the console it self
