Is it possible to upgrade the ssd to a 1TB or 2 TB? Upgrading the ssd storage to a larger capacity, does it causes the rise of laptop temperature? Some said larger capacity ssd generates more heat....

Different SSD will have different temperature - but it doesn't matter if it doesn't thermal throttle.

No but the more expensive swift go 14 oled has a 7840hs but it depends on your country if it is available or not
