Sound quality of bass is not good. Bass is lower frequency bass not upper. Supressed bass in clear bass or manual setting also and bass boost mode works but this is over. That's why music lover won't like this earbuds. Surround Sound and dolby effect is plus point. Overall good except bass. It can be waste of money if bass is not good.

Restart the phone before opening the app. This problem occurs due to realme wants to show you ads in the app if you block it , app will not open. Remember realme is a Chinese company 😂
