When you get caught on the inside out there, it’s much quicker to pull lines and head out to the deeper water. Ludington and Manistee are my home ports. You think you had traffic on your second day out there, wait until late July and August!
The big fish were there at the beginning of the month in great numbers, there lots of shakers around now with the occasional big fish, still a great time!
Just fish out of lundington today. Right by the point. Caught 13 out of 17. 3 guys. We had couple decent size of kings. We caught 1 steelhead that fought like a king. Did make a couple runs too. We caught most fish on a south troll early in the morning and the afternoon bite hit on an east and north troll. Full moon must have helped the midday bite
What an awesome adventure! Great fun exploring new waters with the boys! That was better than Wicked Tuna...lol. BLLB starring in Wicked Salmon...lol. Glad your wheel/spring situation was successful, too. Great work, Capt. Bryan, Logan, and Max!
Buddy. Absolutely hammers! Love seeing you guys tear it up in deep water. I was supposed to be in Muskegon this same weekend- things happened that kept me out. My nose is all kinds of out of joint right now 😂😂
How long of a track system are you running on the boat? I see you have the 3 rod holders with a net holder - would you go longer if you had the choice or is the spacing comfortable?
Hey Tyler! The port and starboard tracks are 24” and the corners are 12”. I had the 12” on each side initially which was not enough. The 24” is perfect and I recycled the 12” for the corners. I like the current set up. It fits what we are doing well
Oh i cant wait to watch the huron video. I live right on lake huron, likely wont find a 20 lb king but could find some teener atlantics. Where are u going out of?
I am legit wanting tocatch an Atlantic. That is certainly a bucket list fish and if you have some good reports and some spots we would be more than willing to take you out or meet up.

You’re right. We should have done that. Great idea for next time. Thanks for commenting and watching, Bob!
