That was hilariously entertaining! The "ShutUp" loop had me in stitches, and the harmonics used near the end added nicely to the groove. This was great! Thanks Tim Hawkins!
I seen him for the first time live last spring & he did this but it seemed to take him longer to take his hand off the guitar than on here wich helped build up the moment more, I think everyone was mesmerized by how well they thaught he could play & then when he stopped to take a water break & the music was still going everybody pretty much lost it but in a good way it was probably the most memorible part of the whole show, his timing is impeccible!!
I'm reminded of an old Bill Cosby joke: "Men aren't unintelligent; we're actually smarter than most realize. Because only someone as clever as we...could fake such stupidity."
Dillon Prescott I checked out Bo, but he dropped an f bomb immediately and that was all I needed to hear. Tim can do an entire hilarious show without a single f bomb, proving his mastery. An occasional shock word is not so bad, but if you have to start the show that way, it's lacking from the start. For those of us who like it clean, we are fortunate to have the likes of Tim Hawkins, Chonda Pierce and others. I respect your appreciation for Bo, he just isn't my cup of tea. I've switched to Red Rose.

As a confirmed class clown myself... he nailed it!!! Tim can make noises to his hilarity. It's in appearing "clueless" that makes him look like he's not acting. I believe he adds a lot of off the cuff improvisation to every new presentation he does. This kind of talent comes from a combination of living outside the box, ADD and insane talent that often slipped through the cracks in the past I'm sure! Amazing person.

So, im assuming only those of us who spent tens of thousands on the old analog boards and plethora of DBX, sampling, midi thru and rack mount duplication and effects toys can appreciate this 2am wreck that actually occurs. I laughed until I was red and near sick in need of an AMR medic one unit ride for lack of oxygen. My close friend and I have spent many a night playing like this and laughing ourselves sick with add on upon add on to what we used to refer to as string runs of recording while fishing for riffs and sounds to accompany a song we were trying to enhance until it became unrecognizable. He took this to the next level with the dance moves....just awesome, Ill try with the choreography next time.
