That's why he says Sydney/Elevation mashup, the intro, solo and outro are from Vertigo Tour in Sydney, the rest is from Slane Castle

Yup. The intro, guitar solo and outro are the vertigo tour version. The full version of that particular version can be found on the single “Window In The Skies”. It also has a version of “Zoo Station” from the Argentina show during the vertigo tour as well.
