There's a secret certificate to get it you must win the final salvage with all animatronics to do that trick you must put them all in alley,anyway,if you do the details double you'll find the same sign in the final but it's written ''it's screwed"" then all animatronics jumpscares you and you done you got it!

How to get all of the certificates:
Completion: Salvage all of the animatronics and complete all five days.
Mediocrity: Not salvaging any of the animatronics or buying any items.
Insanity: First, buy the Egg Baby. Then, enter the Office and touch the blue button near the monitor. Turning it off and on again will activate three blueprints and an audio log of the Cassette Man.
Blacklisted: Getting ten or more lawsuits and have 50 or more Risk.
Bankruptcy: Get a negative amount of money. This is only possible through paying for lawsuits.
Lorekeeper: Find and complete all of the secret minigames. This means:
Win Fruity Maze twice then lose the next game by running out of time.
Enter the gap in the bottom wall of lap 4 in Midnight Motorist.
Play Security Puppet until the child with the green wristband appears.
EDIT: Ok there are some few errors
For Mediocrity, you ACTUALLY need to get a faz rating of zero, you can still salvage animatronics though.
For Blacklisted, getting 10 lawsuits was only a rumor. You don’t need to get 10 lawsuits
Correction: Blacklisted requires you to just finish Saturday with 50+ risk. Lawsuits mean nothing.
You can still scrap for mediocrity, you just have to have a faz rating of 0
You only need 50 risk for blacklisted, lawsuits arent required

Scrap Baby's lines provide a ton of insight into the motives of Afton's robots and what Afton's goal was. We learn the souls are merged with the animatronic AI personalities and forget their original human names. We learn Afton was "feeding" on the souls in order to become "full". We learn Henry saw his animatronics as golems that were trapping the souls within them. He talks to the animatronics as if they are soulless demons, saying something to the effect of "release the souls, they don't belong to you". We learn that Henry predicted that when the smoke settled there may be "something after" for most of the souls, and I'm thinking he is referring to reincarnation but that's pure speculation. This game had a lot to digest and UCN just added to the pile.

@@alleinad_Afton was the face of Fazbear Entertainment, he wear purple and orange costumes and has mad smile. Much better and menacing, than fat dobber or pathetic, sick skinny guy from novels (they are alternative universe and not fully ingame canon)

You get all secret endings, egg baby, rockstar combo, and finish the night to turn off your monitor for a couple seconds and do a cutscene

You buy the Egg Baby data base and it has all the blueprints that explain the scooper from SL and Lefty. So after seeing these and having Henry explain to you what they were used for and William killing the children and the fact that their souls are trapped in the animatronics. Then you go fully insane.
