- Discover what it's like to drive in Baja, Mexico as we make our way down the Peninsula from Mex Highway 5 to Highway 1 (the famous Transpeninsular Highway). Check out the changing scenery as we drive across the Baja desert toward the Pacific side of the peninsula before heading back east toward San Ignacio in Baja California Sur.
If you ever wanted to know what the roads are like in Baja (especially towing a trailer!) - here's your chance! And make sure to subscribe for more Baja beaches, roadtrips and information as we make our way south to the tip of the magnificent peninsula. Thanks for watching!

Cool! Look forward to the next episode
Its really fun to be following your adventure. I cant tell if im ahead of you or behind you but im doing the same trip staying in diffrent places. I had totally different experiences at the checkpoints which was wild to see. I lost a head lamp at that first one and was waved right through the second without a care or even an effort to look at my van. Looking forward to more!
Aaron! Yes so glad you’re traveling down the Baja Peninsula with us!! Let us know where you’re at, we’re way down already ;)
Hope to catch you on the road. In Loreto shores now
@@benjaminshaver3794 We’re staying at Los Frailes for the next few days then heading to La Paz for a week or so. Hope to cross paths with you👍🏽
Such a long drive but the destination was worth it! Love watching your adventures 😍
It was a long day on the road🤪 thanks!
@@weekdayadventureshello guys.... Binging on your videos preparing on an upcoming trip..
Did you stay the full 3 days and how much was the fee?
Hey there!! Thanks for watching! We did stay the minimum 3 days and it was $750 pesos total👍🏽 Good luck with your trip!!
What type of navigation system are you using ? Thanks for the motivation to get us to do some Baja planning ourselves.
Hey! Happy to inspire!! We use our phones and iOverlander to plan ahead of time. Sometimes you can get reception but it’s pretty easy to navigate once you’re on the road👍🏽 thanks for watching!
Gorgeous Desert! I wish you would have stopped at the internet/burrito cafe.
It is! We would have but it was a long day of driving so we had to be selective on our pit stops😎
Is that a Toyota Sequoia that you’re driving? Thank you.
It’s a 5th gen 4runner👍🏽
@@weekdayadventures thank you
