I noticed that some scale passage you didn't use thumb. I recently read a book saying historically musicians of that age haven't developed fingering technique as the Morden one, one of tthat is the use of thumb. True, in the early baroque the thumb would be of less importance especially in scales, which would be played with two fingers changing position rapidly, resulting in a very articulate pearly sound.
