How do you balance being a CCA & a photographer?? I do makeup and every video I see everyone acts like they life is over and they don’t have free time 7 days a week from sun up to sun down lol I feel like I’m going to have to put taking clients on hold 😢
I’m a regular now. A T6 specifically. Balancing as a CCA would be difficult because you don’t have a set schedule. As a regular- I know what off days I have and also can put in for vacation days. But - I still do a lot of my editing work when I get off in the evenings before bed. There’s still a way to make it work. Sometimes I wake up at 5am to get some extra work done. Think about where you can pull some free time from and go from there.

Being Processing clerk isn’t a bad job at all. You won’t have to worry about being outside but the job isn’t as secure unless you do a really great job and are always available
Finally, someone is not crying about the contract. Folks have no idea how bad it is in the regular workforce. Zero stability.
Amen brother. I can’t complain because it could definitely be worse. I’ve learned to be content with what I have and anything extra is a blessing
