So for him, when you hear him talk about "killing" or "beef," he's not glorifying violence It's showing the trauma and mentality that comes from growing up in a war zone, where survival is the number one priority. The slums of Baton Rouge don’t give you a lot of hope or opportunity and the violence is heavily influenced especially in the rap music down there. Sadly the violence becomes a response to the things people face whether it's losing friends to the streets, being betrayed, or dealing with the trauma of living in such a hostile environment which is what yb had to face.
