Unfortunately not. I will say, that for the surrounding community, they are on the larger size than some of the older homes built in the 90's on very smaller lots.

Yes typically with new construction, every phase comes with a new and higher sale price, especially because these have been in such high demand.
Homes need to have bigger lot sizes. For that much money, the lot I was expecting to be on acreage.
