Wow. 10 years ago. I'm getting into cooking again and starting with easy diches first and watching LOTS of videos. I just watched maybe 6-7 chicken parm videos and this is a fav. It's full of all those little tips you forget over time. The ones Gordon Ramsay never mentions, like heating the water early and touching the chicken last so you don't have to wash your hands over and over and over. I loved it. Thank you! (And now I have to go get olives....)

I used this recipe as in the video except I added freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs....IT WAS DELICIOUS...BEST recipe I've ever used...THANK YOU!!!!

Thank you Laura. Your recipes definitely kick the flavors up in a huge way. I didn't have Calamata olives so used small green Spanish olives. I added a teaspoon of sugar to the sauce and cooked the chicken in canola oil. I also didn't have fresh basil so used dried but did have fresh parsley. It still came out AMAZING and much better than I have had in restaurants. Indeed, it was the best chicken parmesan ever. I am a new fan and cannot tell you how much I appreciate your helping me... cook great meals. CIAO

great video, as are your others! I did not see the olives going in, though...would they go into the sauce? Makes sense that they would add lots of great flavor.
Olives in the sauce?? I was like what...then I ate it and I was like Whoa..you are a genius! I added onion/carrot in the beginning and a little fresh thyme to the fresh herbs to finish the sauce. Also, pounding out the chicken rather than buying it cut thin gives the chicken a better texture. Thanks for the inspiration...just gained a subscriber.
Awesome recipe my husband and I made it last night and it was the best chicken parm we've had ever. The only difference was that we used prego sauce but it was delicious next time we'll make the sauce from scratch
