If anything, the thing chat should have gotten mad about was her ridiculing someones accent to make them appear less credible.

Now imagine this, you do that but out of 70% of games, you are immediately sniped by somebody in the lobby, and then have to stick around because you are not only in the group and need to be there for the next match, but you are Disguised Toast, so you are also the room moderator. Now stack on top of that the fact that you are the room moderator and that because of this you are going to make a lot of enemies because everybody wants to be in *THE* Among Us lobby that Disguised Toast is running, so if you aren't invited you must obviously not be that important. Now imagine on top of all that, if you are ever the imposter, because you are disguised Toast, the 20% of games you actually get to play you are immediately sussed.
So basically, he gets to play a game, that he has played so much so that it is boring and he is only doing it to hang out with friends, only for your friends to hate you and the few in the lobby to be happy, only to be immediately killed or sussed out because you are the Among Us King, only then to have your fans go and attack/harass the few friends who are actually in the lobby with him so that now even they aren't happy, and you only even get to play 10% of the games and have to make youtube videos out of the 10% of games you actually get to play.

At least the dude or chick spectating the boys or gals gets to chat with the boys or gals as he or she's dead, log off, go for a beer or a couple shots, have a wank and drift off. He or she should also be considering longevity, sustainability as a streamer isn't common unless you're the top of the top viewed. Toast isn't huge but he's comfortable, I earnestly hope he has a job lined up for 5 years down the line though

I-uhhh, don't want to sound super crazy but I'm pretty sure he is a millionaire... He was worth a few hundred thousand for sure prior to the whole Among Us but was in a lull after quitting Hearthstone. Fairly certain after joining OTV and Among Us he probably has at least a million in his bank...
With that being said I'm fairly certain Toast and friends all live in California, so even a small ass house over there probably costs $1 mil, so yea being a millionaire still probably isn't *super* glamorous over there but I'm fairly certain that if he at least lasts another 5 years, he can comfortably retire and not work a single day in his life even have a semi-luxurious life style in California (let alone moving somewhere else).
But I do see your point. I just wanted to point out that Toast is/was a very broken man when he quit doing Among Us for (Was it 8 months?) and has just recently returned. Hopefully he plays it while it's enjoyable, just does a little bit and then goes and does what he actually enjoys.

I know certain streamers are very successful and investing well, but if they don't start managing others/own a company/invest extremely well etc, after their streaming career is over I think most will have a boring cubicle job lol. I wish them all the best though, especially the unsuccessful ones that risked everything.
honestly, all I wished for was 5up and toast to be impostors in this, both of them are the arguably the best players, but the thing is, they'd both get voted out for no actual reason other than "it's the safest vote to just vote both 5up and toast out"

@@xd-bt3xs Well u clearly didn't see his other vids and saw how his Playstyle developed. It would take to long to explain it now in detail, but he started to play like this bc it started that toast would die first for big amount first in a row. And instead of stacking with other people for the whole game. He just started to hover around the main areas and sometimes even hiding. That doesn't make him unkillable but it takes a bit more effort to kill him around admin than killing him on download for the 5 time in a row.
@@xd-bt3xs your only valid point is that he is not doing his tasks, what I think doesn't give him a 100% more succes rate it just keeps him alife longer. This gives the Imposter more time and in the long con gives toast a disadvantage when no one believes what he saw. Its just his playstyle which changes how the games play out and that's one of the reason so many enjoy his videos.
Games with Toast have their own special feel and play out different than the other 95% of among us games from other content creators.
I think it’s funny that Lilly believes as crew she can win off tasks when Toast is also a crewmate because Toast NEVER finishes tasks, shit half the time he doesn’t even start them, you’d think she’d know this by now lol.
This is why I have mad respect for Toast, he tells his chat to check themselves before they Find Out. That is a guy who is actually looking out for his community.
The best part about this whole tournament is how everyone interprets everything Toast does as a big brain play.

I've been thinking for a while if Among Us returns in popularity (which appears to be the case currently) but Toast doesn't want to come back officially to play (he's been frustrated almost every round oon his last few games) he can retire and just be there to watch and commentate on games. Despite Poki's suggestion to vote Toast out, he would have lived if he had skipped instead of voting for himself. Mostly thanks to 5up standing up for him, because 5up is all too aware of what it feels like to be voted out just for being the "good player left".
He voted himself before poki even said anything because he knew it was gonna happen. So even if he saw 5up standing up for him, he couldn’t skip. And he seemed very used to it (which his probably is) and I think he’s mature for taking it like a boss. Also applaud 5up for not following the mob. We all know whose in fault here but honestly, nothing we can do about it.
Personally, I think this situation could’ve been fixed and at least 1/3 of the times Toast got voted out for no reason could’ve been nonexistent if the two talked about this off-camera a long time ago. Quite sad that even after a year, it’s still happening
@@EnaLikes He did wait until the point right before Poki said to vote for Toast specifically (she said his name less than a second after he voted), but by that point she had already implied she wanted to vote a highly-skilled player out, so Toast knew what was coming.
If he had just skipped at that point instead of self-voting, because of 5up's intervention he could have survived.

I really respect the amount of sportsmanship Toast had when he voted himself off and defended the decision to vote him. It totally makes sense in a gaming environment to hedge your bet and he knew the truth, he didn't stand a chance in that lobby simply because it was the best call to make.

If someone were to ask me what was most memorable about Covid, I would say Toast and Among Us. Seeing Toast back in action is so nostalgic. These were very fun to watch!

one thing that i picked up on, toast never says where he finds a body exactly when hes an imposter. when he self reports, he'll give a general area instead so he can change the story slightly when hes called out.
the easier one is unless he's under pressure as crewmate he hardly does tasks.

Its good to see Toast in Among Us again, but it's weird seeing non-modded among us, it feels easy.
I have so much respect for how Toast handled getting voted out.
I find any game where a group says “this person is too good, we have no legitimate reason to remove them from the game except they’re too effective” to be the opposite of interesting, fun or particularly fair. It also makes content uninteresting to just arbitrarily remove them.
Getting out-spoken, someone twisting your words, a straight up kill, someone else being more trustworthy, that’s totally fine. But “it would be better if we just kick the person most likely to outplay us” isn’t interesting.
It means you’re playing one game and everyone else is playing a different game.
I felt in specifically that game it made complete sense, like sure it sucks for that person, but it makes total sense, they have a good idea who it already is but is toast is trolling the lobby, its OVER, so if they got a free vote they should 100% vote out toast
