Actually in the US it is legal to fly 4oo feet above the item (like this building) you are filming as long as you are within 400 feet of it. Oh, and up until the FAA developed the guidelines there was no altitude restrictions. It's possible this video was shot prior ti the FAA guidelines. Of course I don't know if it was, only saying it's possible.
Great quality, but I think the video is maybe 5 minutes to long. Very repetitive, same subject for 6 minutes? That´s a lot. But nice quality. Good luck.
